Frank Nute MS, CPA, CFE, CFF, CGMA, CDFA

A CPA with over 30 years of experience. I started my CPA career on the audit side then transitioned to private industry where I managed internal audit functions for companies in the transportation, retail and health care industries. I left private industry and started my own forensic accounting and tax advisory services practice in 2000. As a tax advisor, I work primarily with divorced or divorcing individuals. I prepare personal and corporate tax returns, represent clients in tax matters before the IRS and state taxing authorities and I advise clients on various tax matters pertaining to divorce. I also provide forensic accounting services. In addition to being a CPA, I have an MS in Finance, I am a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and am certified in financial forensics (CFF). My practice is located in Minnesota, however, I work with clients in many states.
