Dawn E Whiting

Dawn E. Whiting has been a tax professional since 1983. She achieved her Masters in Business Science with a concentration in taxation from Husson University (formerly Husson College), Bangor Maine (1985) and her law degree from UNH Law Center (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center), Concord, NH in 1994. Dawn was instrumental in assisting partners in local CPA firms to prepare and check tax returns and research tax issues. In 2007, Dawn opened her current practice that has been instrumental in assisting clients with tax planning that allowed several clients to retire early. She has worked with clients to resolve their tax issues, and give them roadmaps so they can not only remain in compliance but also begin to thrive through planning – tax, business, estate planning and retirement. Dawn’s goal is to work with her clients to achieve long term goals, not just resolving the short term tax debt. Dawn knows what it is like to be self-employed and the issues facing you. She has been a sole proprietor of businesses since she was 8 years old. The tax laws may change, but the issues facing small business continue. Dawn’s affiliations include, National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), New Hampshire Bar Association, American Society of Tax Professionals (ASTP), Tax Rep Network (TRN), National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and is licensed to practice before the U.S. Tax Court.
