Devin Melton

Devin Melton is the owner of Red Ring Tax and Financial Services, a tax firm located in Sainte Genevieve, MO that provides tax and financial services throughout the local, Southeast Missouri, and St. Louis areas. The focus of Attorney Devin Melton’s practice is civil taxpayer representation before the Internal Revenue Service and state Departments of Revenue Services. He also provides small business consulting, tax preparation, and tax planning.

Attorney Melton works full time as a Tax Expert Lead at one of the largest tax preparation software companies in the world, and has assisted well over a thousand customers and hundreds of other tax professionals in finding answers to complex tax questions. Before that, he was a Family Law Attorney assisting families with child custody arrangements, marriage separations, and adoptions.

Mr. Melton received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management – Entrepreneurship from Southeast Missouri State University in just three years while earning the Summa Cum Laude designation. Afterwards, he graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with his Master’s in Business Management in just one year earning the Magna Cum Laude designation. He then graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in the top 30 of his class with a tax concentration. During his time in law school he also assisted taxpayers via the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program (VITA), as well as aided small business owners with their legal needs through the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic.

When not working his full time job or providing tax services through his firm, Attorney Melton enjoys spending his time with his wife Courtney and his dog Molly.
