Attorney James D. Wade, a born and bred Mainer, began his career as a tax accountant and CPA. Working with individuals and small businesses on their tax planning and preparation needs, he found that legal issues arose frequently. So, in 2010 he enrolled in the University of Maine School of Law. Focusing his education on tax and business law, James wanted to be able to provide clients with advice on their complex financial matters. Attorney Wade opened the Law Office of James D. Wade in 2013 to do just that—and has been providing relief for individuals and small businesses who are seeking permanent relief to their IRS tax debt problems.

Attorney Wade lives with his wife and son in Kennebunk. Hailing from Winslow, Maine, he served in the United States Marine Corps for four years, as well as the National Guard where he served a tour in Iraq.
