Providing tax controversy services to clients since 2016, our company began operations in 2005 as a finance intermediary for private and institutional lenders. As originators our team secured short and long-term mortgage commitments in excess of $240 million dollars for commercial real estate brokers, owners and developers in Central Florida and beyond. I joined the CCIM Institute in 2010 and was later accepted into the Central Florida Chapter’s 2012 CCIM Mentor Mentee program under renowned mentor Blaine Strickland.
Part of my duties as a commercial credit underwriter for the firm was to compile financial documents from borrowers that we recast for our lenders. It put me in a unique position to understand metrics like liquidity, profitability, and debt service ratios that lenders were motivated to approve, When the real estate and financial markets crashed I expanded my knowledge in these critical areas by finishing my bachelor’s degree in business and earning an MBA in accounting. plus a graduate certificate in Advanced Accounting. Clients were the immediate beneficiaries. I passed along my knowledge about business performance and metrics that lenders were likely to approve; while serving them in a new role of trusted advisor. Inside this symbiotic ecosystem, creditors won, borrowers won, and the companies that they led won. We are currently accepting new clients.
