Sharon’s main focus is on tax representation, helping individuals and companies with tax issues including IRS Audits and collections problems. Experienced in IRS examination representation, IRS Appeals representation, and IRS collection issues, i.e. hardship levy release, lien subordination, payment agreement, innocent spouse relief, payroll tax liabilities, civil penalties, assessments, reasonable cause penalty relief, and OIC.
