Alexandria Parrish, JD, CPA, MST

Alexandria is an attorney in Birmingham Alabama, where her focus is taxpayer representation before the IRS and state departments of revenue. Her practice focuses on resolving adverse tax situations such as failure to file, failure to pay, sales tax penalties, and tax liens. Prior to becoming an attorney, Alexandria had a varied career in the financial services and accounting industries. She was an Assistant Vice President for Protective Life Insurance advising agents on how to structure fixed income products tax efficiently and she served as a tax manager for the international accounting firm Deloitte & Touche.

Attorney Parrish received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Georgia and is a graduate of Birmingham School of Law. She earned a Master of Taxation (MST) from Georgia State University in 1998 and a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certificate in 2003.

Attorney Parrish is admitted to the Alabama State Bar, U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar, American Association of Justice, American Bar Association, and the Tax Representation Network.
